Insurance not accepted for office visits (initial appointments and follow-ups). However, we do work with insurance for labs and medications, if desired. We do take HSA and FSA.
Initial visit fee is $150, follow-up appointments and prescription refills are $75. These may vary at the time of visit or roll into your treatment package depending on condition and treatment plan.
Please note that refills will be documented & billed with every order - this may mean as often as monthly depending on the medication. This is for regulatory purposes.
