Direct Primary Care That Actually Listens

Personalized medical care for primary care, functional medicine, hormones, weight loss, and preventive health — without rushed visits or insurance confusion.

You deserve medical care that feels personal, practical, and clear.

At Pique Medical, we offer a direct primary care model designed for patients who want better access, more individualized care, and transparent pricing. This model works well for people with high deductibles, limited insurance coverage, rural access barriers, or those who are simply tired of feeling rushed through the system.

Our care combines primary care, preventive health, functional medicine, metabolic health, and hormone support in one place.

What We Treat

We help patients with both routine medical needs and deeper wellness concerns.

  • Annual wellness and preventive care

  • Sick visits and acute concerns

  • Fatigue, brain fog, and low energy

  • Weight loss and metabolic health

  • Hormone changes in men and women

  • Thyroid concerns

  • Gut health and inflammation

  • Nutrient deficiencies

  • Ongoing chronic condition support

  • Lab review and treatment planning

How It Works

Step 1: Book Your First Visit
Start with a new patient visit so we can understand your symptoms, goals, and medical history.

Step 2: Get a Clear Plan
You’ll leave with clear next steps, which may include labs, screenings, treatment recommendations, or follow-up.

Step 3: Choose Ongoing Care Only If You Need It
Some patients do well with visit-based care. Others prefer a monthly membership for more ongoing support and access.

Visit-Based Pricing

This is a good fit for patients who want care as needed without a monthly commitment.

Pricing blocks:

  • New Patient Visit — $150
Comprehensive evaluation, history review, treatment planning, and next steps.

  • Follow-Up Visit — $75
