Insurance not accepted for office visits (initial appointments and follow-ups). However, we do work with insurance for labs and medications, if desired. We do take HSA and FSA.

Initial visit fee is $150, follow-up appointments are $75. These may vary at the time of visit or roll into your treatment package depending on condition and treatment plan.
